Together, we’ll discuss your career journey, ideas, goals, and personal work and life objectives. This valuable opportunity will allow you to reflect on areas requiring more attention and focus, empowering you to identify and embrace positive changes.
Following our initial scoping session, we’ll collaborate to create an action plan tailored to your unique needs.
You’ll have the opportunity to complete our online self-assessment tools, and we’ll use the results to inform and guide our follow-up coaching sessions.
During our following coaching sessions, we’ll review the self-assessment results, refine your career and life goals, and develop actionable steps to propel you forward.
Each 50-minute session will have clear aims, and we’ll conclude by agreeing on an action plan and timeline for you to work through, either independently or with continued coaching support.
